📌Right after Ryu Sun-jae, a top star, ends his life, Im Sol, his top fan, somehow ends up at a time when they were in high school and tries to protect him. A fantasy romance unfolds where people who missed each other in time finally meet. —I knew I would have trouble liking this drama because I’m not a fan of the female lead. I disliked her character in Sky Castle, and I’m just not a fan of her over-dramatic acting (loud, childlike crying, heavy panting for any movement, fainting over the smallest things). She does a lot of that in this drama. We made it to episode 7 solely because of the male lead, but we couldn’t go any further. The time travel was poorly executed, and the romantic scenes felt redundant. Like, we already had the first kiss—why are we stopping time or slowing down motion for the second and third? I really don’t see what the hype was about.
